A flexible schedule was what I remembered most.
Cons
-Upper management has poor communication & makes promises they do not keep -Not transparent with their plan of action -Notorious for laying off people on short notice -Views employees as very disposable -Only cares about adding more programs Based on the above, I would not recommend this company.
