      Great support. Company invests in employee training and there's tremendous opportunity for advancement. Good benefits competitive salary and positive working environment.

      Cons

      The industry is very fast pace and at times stressful. Not all personalities fit. Must be able to multitask and enjoy a hectic environment.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
