CALI has a flexible WFH policy and encourages pets in the workplace. While CALI feels casual, they do expect a lot from their employees so if you're someone who likes a challenge and genuinely wants responsibility, that's who they're looking for.
Cons
The companies financial security is too closely tied to market fluctuations so when profits are good, everything is fine, but when profits shrink, they are quick to restructure. Simply put, it's a roller coaster ride.
