      friendly and cool coworkers, chill managers depending on your team

      Cons

      Pay is downright embarrassing, no regular raises, took away flexible wfh schedules when the job is unnecessary to do in person

      Exciting brands to partner with and grow.

      Cons

      Dated business model and systems. Hard to create OTB with dead stock stuck in locations. No privacy with open floor plan. Hard to be successful as an outsider lacking cumulative knowledge. Outside hires only really considered for failing departments. Seems very narrow at the top.
