Communication is terrible and no support for employees - Retail Sales Associate Caleres Employee Review

I could give ZER0 stars I would. This company is the absolute worst, and I MEAN THE ABSOLUTE WORST for communication and requesting any information. Ive been trying for a month to reach Hr or anyone who could help me with my previous employment with Calares/ Famous footwear and not one time has anyone reached out or responded after NUMEROUS calls, emails and physical request. If you have kids, I would HIGHLY recommend do not work for this company if you want to loose all benefits for your kids.
