- Interesting products - Friendly / International team - Flexible working hours - Diverse culture - Lots of interesting areas to work in - CEO makes cool short videos once in a while educating staff on upcoming new concepts in blockchain (ERC-4626), and sharing his genuine opinion on trendy things - Trade classes (internal TED talk about interesting things) - Chess :D - Plenty of opportunities for team activities, like bouldering, running. - Lunches Overall, I think the team and company is quite friendly, and if you really enjoy working there, lots of opportunities will open up to you and you will make great friends, work with people you can trust and achieve mastery in area of your expertise. Its a nice middle ground company, that integrates the best of web2 and web3, well measured, safe and clean approach to the whole space. The engineering department is constantly learning the cutting edge tech from web2 and web3 and integrates it with their products. Very passionate team and is continuously improving. Other departments are also very cool and there is a friendly cross collaboration in work, as well as outside of work activities like bouldering, running, soccer, or you can make your own activity and invite people over to join.
Cons
- if fully remote then will miss out a lot on Social aspects at CnB (Strong culture focus in-office) - but slowly improving inclusion for remote workers. - not too many allowances for professional development, health/well being etc - sometimes can get pretty full on.
