There is so much to say about this job. I hope the next person thinks before being hired here. I understand now why three employees who hold my position left within a month. You don't have a task or job duties to do at all. Someday, you can be bored and have nothing to do. You can't grow and learn within a company that makes you do training with production employees every day. I don't understand why our title is Administrative Assistant when you don't do admin work at all. There is so little chances that you will be doing admin work. Your main focus at work every day for every month is doing training with production employees. The company needs to change the title of this position to be like an educational coordinator because that is basically what you are doing every day is making sure all the production employee watches a 30-40 minute video about safety in the production.
Also, what made me leave the position was the amount of talk behind my back. No one will admit to it but the little whispers explain it all. I think I was too nice when I was here I allowed that talk to continue and I just ignored it. I stopped saying good morning to the team because it have reached the point where I felt like I was suffering holding my position. I believe that a company culture that has no respect causes so many employees to leave this position.
