A very "start-up" culture, so if you're wanting a place to try different things for the betterment of the company then this is the place for you. Great people to work with as everyone is here to help you grow within the company.
Cons
Since new management it's very hard to get a promotion, I was promised a promotion before the new engineering management came into effect but that was no longer available to me afterwards. The bonus scheme was horrendous, when I signed the contract it was between 10-15% of my base pay, this year it was less than 5%.
