Pros

I've been involved with this team of people for the past four years. I first started in college and have worked my way up through the ranks to a full-time employee Every year has further cemented the fact that this is the group of people I want to work with throughout my future career. It doesn't matter if you are talking about the culture, the skills you learn, or the level of responsibility that is instill upon you early on, there are countless upsides to working with the CalRob team.

Cons

For many, it is the first time they have been trusted with making many of the difficult decisions that entrepreneurs are expected to make on a day-to-day basis. That is the reason interns are assigned a Consultant to use as a business mentor. In order to be successful, interns have to put forth more time than many are used to. This can intimidate some, but those who take on the challenge are rewarded with the chance to give entrepreneurship a try without the typical risks that usually accompany it.

Pros

The experience gained through this internship is unlike anything that a college course or previous job has taught me. Having the opportunity to run my own business and learn valuable skills in all aspects of the business realm is well worth the hard work to be successful. My decision to join and run a business has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. If you want to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time, then I recommend this internship to any college student. It has allowed me the opportunity to move to Colorado becoming the General Manager. As I grow with the company, it’s exciting to help college students gain many skills and further their business development growth through this internship. I have been working with the managing partners and most of the full-time employees for the greater part of 4 years now. There isn't a better group of individuals to work with that have excellent business minds to keep challenging each other and continuing to improve the company every day. In my opinion, the company culture is what sets CRVG apart from other companies.

Cons

If you aren't willing to be a hard worker, then this company might not be for you. What successful person has gotten to where they are without hard work? Not many, if any.
