Generally good environment to grow your career though universities can be slow moving monoliths at times with politics to navigate. Like most places your experience and ability to grow/advance in your career here will depend significantly on your direct manager. Good overall medical benefits and one of the few places in the state that you can still get a pension as an employee benefit.
