* Client/development work is fine * Most coworkers are very pleasant people and great to work with. Caktus is very knowledgeable when it comes to what they do (web development using Django as a backend) *
Cons
* Massively disorganized - meetings will be cancelled or changed without much notice, many things are delivered via word of mouth and not documented, documented things are hard to find, outdated, or difficult to decipher * Speak out and expect consequences - if you have any questions or feedback that don't favor the high ups, don't expect to get away scot-free * Favoritism - if you aren't with the cool kids, don't expect to stay for very long
