Good internal communication, excellent relations between employees of different branches. Considering that a bank will always seek for profit, this one seems to care about clients.

Some branches are located at isolated little towns (this is a "Rural" focused bank) If you get one of those, you will have to move or spend a lot of time commuting. As an intern, I was paid an irrelevant amount that spent just in transport to the office.

The enviroment, the people and the payment is ok.
