      Flexible on WFH. Stimulating and engaging work culture. Positive and supportive environment, leadership makes concerted efforts to weed out toxicity and promote teamwork and comradery. Everyone wants to help you succeed here. Leadership is always open and willing to adapt and grow with new ideas.

      Cons

      Still working out kinks on work distribution when the amount of work on cases ebbs and flows constantly, as is the nature of this type of work.

      Many opportunities to grow. Great communication between management, executives, and staff. Flexible environment. Wonderful workplace with amazing staff. Friendly environment to learn and grow towards next steps and interests.
