Good money seasonally, expensive price point, live music, a few senior staff members, their lower management

The owners of this place will be their own downfall. I worked here for almost 7 years and in the past 4 months it has tanked beyond recognition. But my personal cons would be the sexist environment that has been created, to the constant management changes and the relentless gaslighting management subjects their workers to in order to justify their own subpar work. They will not honor basic principles of professionalism and are very big in RETALIATION & HARASSMENT. ***HR WILL NOT HELP YOU THEY WILL HELP THE COMPANY THAT PAYS THEM***** This place is also under lawsuit and they are guilty and still guilty of everything in that court case and others. Do yourself a favor, eat there for happy hour but that’s it. Also their beverage machine is moldy, the ice area in the server station has BLACK mold. There hasn’t been a deep clean in 2 years AND they do not have a regular bug night or dump night. The soda gun is never cleaned regularly and has a layer of slime almost always. Management and the owners are very aware and have documented, yet they don’t care enough to fix the machine or crack down on health code standards. Trying to advocate for anything or anyone goes unheard or unacknowledged.
