Pros
Staff tends to skew young, like early twenties, but I met some really great friends here. Its fun to go to work. Fast paced and always busy but in a good way. With tips the pay is great, like 30 dollars an hour usually.
Cons
like any restaurant you have to deal with annoying and passive aggressive management. I've seen multiple friends face situations where management refuses to tell them if they're doing something wrong, to avoid an upfront conversation. They will simply schedule you for fewer shifts until you're forced to quit and find another job, as one shift a week doesn't cover your bills. I was told at one point I was going to get a title change and a raise to " Training supervisor for the bar and then it was never mentioned again. They also take advantage of new immigrants to the city and ask them to come in early, leave late or do things outside of their work contract because usually people don't know that they can say no.
