Pros
Some managers are nice, not really but 💁🏻💁🏾💁🏿💁🏼
Cons
This is more of a high school job, like if you're looking for a job to pay for college or books or an apartment this would not be the job. I started working here a year and a half ago and when I started it was awesome, I worked 5 days out of the week, 30+ hours, then all of a sudden I only worked one day a week. 5 hours. $34 pay check. Not ONLY did I work one day a week, my general manager started SEXTING me. And for bussing, you honestly do all the work: you portion, clean the back, make sure all of the tables out front are bussed (no help), clean the bathrooms, make sure the oasis and silver and napkins are stalked make sure the floors Are swept and if there's a spill clean it asap and take out all the trash. And even though I've worked here a year, and now am a college student, I o Luger paid $8.00 an hour (which is what I started with) now I am not a bad Busser. I've had managers tell me that I'm the only one who actually does my work. On to other things cashiers, if you were to work here BE A CASHIER. It is the easiest thing in the world. There is a chaser at my work who does 48 hours a week (more than anybody at my job) and half the time she's in the back talking to the cooks. So basically if you apply at cafe express be in high school and don't expect that many hours unless you're a cashier.
