      Beautiful location walking distance to really good food Monarch and Red Dolly.

      Cons

      Why would Eldorado Resorts buy a company Caesars that was in debt and follow the same play book and get rid of all the Best people at Eldorado. Turn over is unreal. Very sad to see staff who was so dedicated to the Isle and Lady Luck just vanish.

      Low pay for industry standard, favoritism for employees who stroke management egos, HR thinks they are above everyone even in corporate but they are DEI smooth brains
