Upper management is very poor. You get bullied by management (CEO and those he chooses) to get things done with very low compensation. You are expected to be on call after working hours and during weekends. Management spreads negativity and can badmouth employees. It's all about who the CEO likes and listens to more, who can be very unprofessional and low calibers. I have never met anyone who is even fairly satisfied with the place. Very toxic and negative environment.
