Pros
-Fully remote work -Macbook and Apple devices
Cons
-Leadership Team (LT) has a culture of 'toxic positivity' - team members are unable to raise issues or question approaches. Even providing alternative points of view is frowned upon and you may find yourself publicly humiliated if you attempt this. -There is a culture of bullying. The CEO will often decide on one particular person to target for a number of weeks - ignoring them in meetings, and b****ing about them to other team members who are too scared to stick up for their peers. The other LT members are complicit in this. -Cadmus prides itself on micro-managing employees. Why hire staff when you don't trust their abilities? Trust them to do their jobs or don't hire them at all. It is clear that there is a lack of managerial experience in the LT. -If you don't want to work outside of business hours, don't work at Cadmus. Everyone expects some overtime in a start up, but overtime is the norm here - to the extent where you should expect to work 12 hour days multiple days a week. -Do not expect to be compensated for your overtime. Career progression is also non-existent. Will Cadmus will observe the new 'right to disconnect'? - Likely not. Be very mindful of the reviews on this page if you decide to work at Cadmus.
