Some of the best people I have ever worked with. Some very talented and hard working people. Excellent work from home policy. The people keep me hoping it’ll return to an awesome place. It’s one of the positives of coming to work everyday.
Cons
There continues to be a cancer in the creative department. It is continuing to have a negative effect on all areas of the company. Many people are jumping ship because of this. They claim to be an advocate for women, but are the first to speak poorly of fellow women counterparts. Instead of squashing the constant badgering of fellow employees as well direct reports, the company continues to reward this behavior by way of undeserved promotions. In short, bad behavior is tolerated here. It is time to deal with this behavior before the entire creative department as well as other areas resign.
