Pros
Good benefits overall, might get to learn more if you're in the right team. Not forced anyone yet since the beginning of covid to join the office. Gave some cash current employees and new joiners for wfh setup. Also rewarded everyone with an amount continuing work form home
Cons
The middle management promotes a toxic work culture which requires you to work towards unjust timelines and the management proudly boosts that the employees are working at night and on weekends which has been normalized. Based on that there's also preferential treatment given to employees, which sometimes also involves office politics. And there's culture of creating soft links between employee and different managers i.e. your hiring manager might be different from your reporting manager which is quite strange for such a big organization.
