Pros
1) In most teams, after a certain level of work, you could decide on work pressure. 2) Flexible timings. 3) Perks such as gym, subsidized lunch & snacks and conveyance are available. 4) Most managers are jovial and understand the technical challenges in a particular project.
Cons
1) Team interaction is very poor for newer employees, unless you know someone already. 2) NO COMPANY OUTINGS in the entire year except in some teams. 3) Quality of work is poor and management is scared to make changes to make it better and have dubious standards. 4) Not enough learning after 2 years. Even the level of work remains same.
