      Opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies used to design the most advanced IC. Very flexible work schedule and environment (The company encourages work-from-home) Work with some of the smartest people in software and EE. Challenging and dynamic work that you will never feel bored.

      Cons

      A bit too much bureaucracy. Not enough differentiation in pay for top level talents than average contributors
