Executive level management also does sales and as result things are promised to end user's that aren't possible. As the field service tech you are often the first to show the machine off. When the end user asks about the promised non existent feature you're the one who has to get an ear full. This company could care less about its employees and culture. In my time with them they never once attempted to address culture and as a result it feels like another dead end job. The pay is so far below industry standards the most people end up working second jobs. Executive level management is aggressive and so most people don't even last a year on the job before deciding to move on because it's not worth it

Pros are that you will lose weight because they do not allow lunch breaks or leaving the building at any time.

Cons are that you will carry a deep and unshakeable resentment for allowing yourself to spend any amount of time employed by them.
