Pros

high salary (becomes con because it makes it hard to leave) looks good on a cv?

Cons

harsh treatment of everyone who isnt in management expected to work regardless of injuries or sickness. they say you can take time but thr work culture means people work 24/7 excpected ti be available 24/7 expect to be put on blast for minor mistakes no useful feedback or instructions on improving, just told "youre doing it wrong" or "pull up your socks and do better" very siloed work environment, very isolating i never felt comfortable enough to tell anyone that i am not cis/straight and only mentioned to hr that i am neurodivergent. overwhelmingly conservative environment no career development, they prefer to hire in rsther than promote from inside. i asked about progression and was told vague directions - was never told what moving up would actually take, or what responsibilities moving up would involve high turnover no role flexibility everyone is overworked

Pros

Not many I can think of.

Cons

There is not much area for growth for this position. Maybe this is common for similar positions in other companies, too.
