Adaptive leadership, friendly culture, and an employee-first mindset. Cable Hill, like many places, has been victim to the great resignation, but leadership is quick to make our benefits competitive when needed and is very open to suggestions on how to improve. The workload can be heavy because of the rapid client growth, but leadership and the rest of the team are very focused on helping one another. I haven't worked at a friendlier place. Cable Hill genuinely cares about its employees and clients, no one is just a number here. Internal promotions are frequent and at a place that is growing so rapidly, new positions are being added all the time.

Cable Hill is a busy and rapidly growing firm, so the workload can be heavy at times.
