Pros
Fun group of guys, laid back, managers and salesman see each other as equals (to an extent, depending on personality)
Cons
Work 72+ hours a week. Management throw gimmes to their favorites. Corruption. Always someone to stab you in the back. The owner is Mexican and got grants from GM because he is a minority; he is very Americanized and uses his false culture to trick the Hispanic population into buying from his dealership leading them to think they are getting a good deal, when in reality, they are paying way over sticker price. The commission tier is set so that it is nearly impossible to make 'level 2'(unless a spoon-fed favorite) in which they raise comission to a great-sounding amount. They give bonuses on certain vehicles and don't pay you for them if you sell it- always find an excuse or loop-hole to not pay you. They hire employees that they think are not smart enough to see through their true means. Capitalism at it's finest.
