      Pros

      Good people to work for. Friendly. Meetings with all staff to make plans and sort out our game plan each work week. Good installation standards.

      Cons

      Old fashioned techniques.Still working off of older techniques we used in the 1990's. Good old boy attitude with some folks you work with.
