Pros
- decent health insurance - no micromanagement - good to get your foot in the world of sales
Cons
- You are charging double what businesses around you charge for the same product, Sales are hard to land -poor training in product and sales technique - upper management is incredibly out of touch with our customer base and direction for the company. The company has reported 2 straight years of decline in sales, meaning you might lose your job one day - your wage and commission is absolutely terrible for the amount of money you are making the company - you don't get any of your commission until customer receives their order most customers don't receive their orders for months due to permits. - Incredibly outdated computers which makes everything take up too much time, customers will constantly be annoyed at how long the process takes via the computers - Any issues with the orders of your clients you will have to resolve, You are also their customer service rep. - if you leave the company you do not get owed commission - you are working most holidays, And 5 Sundays every year - corporate will not give you any room or leeway to haggle price for a customer.
