Pros
Fun place to work, meet a lot of interesting people. Good discounts on products. Most managers are behind you. Neat store.
Cons
They went from Legendary Customer Service to only worrying about selling their Credit Cards and getting positive feedback from the customer whether the were helped or not. If you are part-time don't expect to get any hours during slow time it's basically a 6 month stretch of employment at best. Not much chance of a full-time job or any room for advancement.
