      Pros

      Excellent director - really inspiring and willing to listen to employees. Great employee benefits if you enjoy the outdoors and outdoor products. Very friendly atmosphere, and good company culture.

      Cons

      Rapidly changing top priorities - very reactionary behaviour. Somewhat inexperienced employees (the company has only been in Canada for 8 years, and has rapidly grown since).

      Excellent work environment, wonderful co-workers, ability to grow with the company and shift departments if desired, and okay pay.

      Pay could be better, tend to work most holidays.
