Poor management and zero accountability - Anonymous employee CX100 Employee Review

Management has no clarity on business goals and no communication with employees. High attrition – people are leaving constantly. HR and finance are unprofessional. I still haven’t received my TDS or final settlement, and there has been no update despite repeated follow-ups. No trust, no transparency, and no accountability.
