Pros

The company provides decent pay and good benefits. They provide decent budgets to provide social events for the properties.

Cons

Mediocre training. Too much emphasis on HR and not enough on software used and leasing in general. Terrible management. Very bias and judgemental regional and property managers. Cut-throat atmosphere. Lacking consistency in fair treatment of employees and residents. Experienced employees are overlooked for promotions due to family and friends being promoted.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
