- Most of the employees are good people
- They overpay their employees and throw around random "perks", but it's not because they're trying to build a good work environment...it's because both management and ownership are filled with terrible people and it's the only way to keep employees on while they treat them like garbage until they inevitably dump them like said garbage
Cons
- Scumbags in executive management/ownership
- The owners and managers are garbage
- Socially inept, useless people in management/ownership

Thank you for your honest candor. We agree that we pay at the top of the market—both in terms of compensation and benefits, and appreciate your mentioning so. We are, however, very sorry to hear you had a negative experience working for us - we pride ourselves on providing a positive and impactful employee experience for every one of our staff members and are regretful that your experience was not. Our company's leadership feels very strongly that our employees come first and wish we had been able to make you feel that was true as well.
Was a warm and welcoming environment at first. Free snacks and at your own pace.
Cons
But with the amount of people who quit in my department in 2025 alone, workload became overwhelming and pay was not worth it even with quarterly commission. When I started, estimators handled 50-60 files to when I left we were handling 180-200 files. Nothing was done by management to alleviate pressure and workload. I would stay after hours our of choice just to make sure I wasn’t behind. No recognition for going above and beyond and instead management asks why our numbers aren’t higher. Pay is lower than competitors. People talk behind your back and can’t confront others face to face when they have an issue. Some upper management has some emotional outbursts and have witnessed one lash out in an emotional episode. Micromanaged with 24/7 audio and visual surveillance.
