Pros

CWD is a really great company to work for. The job itself is exciting and rewarding. Training is fairly good with some room for improvement but they are constantly working to improve all aspects of the business. The technology behind the saddles is incomparable.

Cons

High turnover of reps as the job requires a lot of driving and organization skills.

Cons

Extremely low base salary and unfair commission rates. It’s almost impossible to make money because the commission targets are too hard to reach and the payouts are minimal. The benefits/insurance are also terrible, with high co-pays and minimum coverage.

Regarding compensation, our base pay and commission structures are designed to reward performance. As employees grow within the company and achieve their sales targets, their base pay and commissions increase accordingly. We believe in fostering a growth-oriented environment where hard work and success are rewarded. Additionally, we ensure transparency by explaining the specific compensation plans and objectives multiple times during the onboarding process, the extensive six-week training period, and ongoing collaboration with managers. This flexibility allows us to adapt to individual needs and provide support where necessary. We value your feedback and will continue to review our processes to ensure they meet the needs of all our employees.
