Pros
-support from all sides both fellow coworkers, leaders, and a 24/7 senior assist line for help and taking over tough calls or escalations. -Full time PTO and floating holiday pay -Set schedule with consistent hours and days worked. -they will NEVER ask you to work off the clock -increase to the base pay if you have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical fields (ex: for 6 month of home care for elderly I received a $1 increase to the base pay) - can work from home or in office if one is close -great vision insurance -health insurance with many options -pretty great benefits
Cons
- If they do not have the hours that you want when you start please wait to start with the next training class. -can be difficult to get time off if it is a abrupt change(ex: kid gets sick, school is called out) -no true way to go above your supervisor if you feel they aren’t helping properly -starting training is VERY fast paced. You either sink or swim
