Pros
Absolutely nothing worst place I ever worked.
Cons
Back in 2019, they introduced below-minimum store hours, which means I had 161 hours to staff the front of the store. That includes 45 hours as a manager. To keep up with tasks, I had to work 11–12 hours every day. Plus, with so few hours, I had to let staff go. So that meant I was required to work 7 days a week. I worked 275 days straight. This led to me developing a huge drinking problem. I had absolutely no work-life balance. When I approached my district leader about my concerns, she told me that "I could hire the homeless person in front of the store and they would do better.” Put my two weeks later that month. I haven't had a drink since I left. Please don’t work here if you value your health.
