Pros

The starting salary was very impressive. That's literally it.

Cons

Office conditions were below acceptable standard. Staff seem to be taught that being verbally abusive/abused is having 'a bit of banter'. I should of recognised what that meant when I was asked if I have a sense of humour and like banter.. The managers don't acknowledge you. Staff either get bullied/harassed or end up dishing it out to others. The warehouse team were a little more approachable than the sales and finance departments. Which says a lot. Management are an old boys club. They come back stinking of booze, think its appropriate to put staff on spot and ask personal questions. Stare and make suggestive comments. Ive seen a few of them say a member of staff was ugly and nothing was done or said. I was made to stand with one of the seniors while someone pulled up the company site page where there's staff pictures and he pointed to the majority asking for my opinion on their looks.. I refused to give definitive answers and he commented on my appearance. They think being called love, darling babe is OK and unfortunately the women on site are over aggressive while simultaneously subservient. This company is about 20 years behind in etiquette and office culture and that also goes for the systems they use. Was so disappointed with my experience there--it really affected my mental health High turnover. Toxic environment. Be warned.
