Insurance(top notch), 401k, PTO(a lot), flexible, Some of the friendliest people I've worked with. They are very helpful when you are working on projects and you get stuck.
Cons
Only 5 company recognized Holidays. Low starting pay. Will not necessarily work on the kind of projects you want. They will let you know about needing to travel for something with less than 48 hrs notice.
