Relaxed place. Slow-paced work environment. Freshers can learn a little.Not so good management. We can see lot of partiality. Rating is not given based on the talent and work performance.
Cons
No proper project structure. Blame games No holidays ..not even on Saturday and Sunday No benefits. No work-life balance
