Pros
My direct manager is the best I have had in all of my various jobs prior to coming to CTR. She is very flexible and willing to work within my fluctuating schedule. This is a family owned and run business and the new generation takes the success of the business very seriously without sacrificing work/life balance for the employees. They understand the concept that their success is because of the employees and work very hard to keep a positive forward thinking environment, even during crunch time periods.
Cons
This does not have to do with CTR but rather the industry, the busiest time of year is at year end. Which poses its own problems when having to balance family life. Management does understand this and over the past few years has worked harder at minimizing the work load during this time period.
