Getting into the field was fun. I enjoyed the older staff in the company

Cons

Field office poorly managed, not fair treatment (ladies get breaks that guys wouldn't). Not good communication or training. Sent to do things untrained for and not given support when requested. Expected to be able to do things without any parameters for what success would be
