Pros
The pay is typically on par with agencies in the north west. City Centre location. There are some genuinely good people working at CTI still. Lots of variation in technologies to learn about and keep the working day interesting.
Cons
As someone who has been a part of the CTI Digital team for quite some time, I feel compelled to shed light on the concerning shift in the company's work culture. What was once a promising and vibrant workplace has unfortunately devolved into an environment tainted by toxicity and negativity. One of the most glaring issues plaguing CTI Digital is the pervasive lack of transparency and communication from upper management. Important decisions are made behind closed doors without any input or explanation to the rest of the team, leading to widespread confusion and frustration. This lack of transparency fosters an atmosphere of mistrust and resentment among employees, hindering collaboration and productivity. Moreover, the leadership at CTI Digital has displayed a blatant disregard for employee well-being. There is a prevailing sense of overwork and burnout, with unrealistic deadlines and expectations being the norm rather than the exception. Additionally, favoritism and cliques have begun to poison the workplace dynamics at CTI Digital. Promotions and opportunities for advancement often seem reserved for a select few, leaving many talented individuals feeling undervalued and demotivated. This culture of favoritism breeds resentment and divisiveness among coworkers, eroding morale and team cohesion. Overall, it is disheartening to witness the decline of what was once a promising company with a vibrant work culture. Unless significant changes are made to address these systemic issues, I fear that CTI will continue to hemorrhage talent and reputation. Prospective employees would be wise to approach with caution until these concerns are properly addressed.
