I’m surprised to see some of the poor reviews. I was employed with CTC from 2013-2017. At that time, it was a growing company. (Note: it may still be a growing company, I have not kept up with details). I had the opportunity to work in several new departments and also on special projects with management and the owner. The owner is one of the smartest people I’ve ever worked for and I enjoyed my time at this company. Management was always willing to hear new ideas from the employees. The pay was above average.

Somewhat below average vacation/PTO. There can be more stress than is necessary to achieve goals.
