Pros
Forward thinking company with hardworking consultants The recruitment process was in 3 stages, which meant you spoke your reporting manager and the departments you will be working with and a good understanding of the company. No red tap meaning you could make decisions at your own level, the side effect here is was it disrupted workflows.
Cons
Didn't receive the contract until the day I started the new role, this is when you learn of the 1 year probation period and 40 hour working week and asked to sign on the spot.. Company IT setup wasn't seamless which impacted general day to day work. Lack of company processes which caused confusion amongst teams, even the slightest task meant you need clarification from 5 different people.... I think the company wanted to grow and progress but didn't have the people with the right skill set in the drivers seat. There is some politics within teams which is not beneficial for a small company.
