Pros
The people we very talented. The developers were skilled and flexible, which is rare. Design vision was unique and singular.
Cons
Design direction was good but didn't fit with current design trends. It tried to create its own trend, which would have been great, except it was too unique. Some personalities in the organization were volatile.
