Pros
The employers are not familiar with how to run a professional environment, therefore it is easy to get away with a lot. Also if you are a "favorite", you can do no wrong... but watch out because "favorites" are always rotating!
Cons
Since the dismissal of the actual Director the center has been on a down hill spiral which one should not get involved in if success is your goal.
