Independent handling of data, flat management structure, so its easy to talk to everyone. Collegial atmosphere. The best thing was that it was pretty flexible. The hours can be worked at your will as long as you finished the work on time. Everyone is quite helpful, and always open to sharing advice. Lots of exciting projects handled by the company- it is quite a leader in the field so its great to be a part of a dynamic team especially in a field such as CSR, in which it is truly a pioneer. Very knowledgeable management.
