Pros

They used to pay for all your travel time. Employee appreciation day was nice.

Cons

Overall an unethical business run by a man with no US business degree or experience. - they have gone through multiple employee benefit management companies - time cards are regularly altered without reason - cannot provide paystubs when requested - refuse to reimburse employees for company expenses - dock pay/hours/overtime hours at will and dare you to say something - have refused to pay me my final two paychecks that are owed to me - do not compensate you for your per diems as promised - will work you till after midnight and complain when you don't call in at 6am - high turnover in management, customer services, human resources, and dispatch - currently involved in at least Fair Labor Standards Act law suit in the Southern District of Texas - currently being sued for multiple loan defaults - paychecks would bounce some weeks - offer insurance but contribute nothing - have gotten themselves so deep in debt that they have no way out - rude, arrogant, and pompous CEO who lacks any of the skills needed to run a company - poor communication within company - gas cards regularly do not work - change on call schedule regularly without notice - double billed customers, on purpose, leading to loss of many large accounts - do not pay employees - threaten employees
