Since the CSL buy and the takeover of site leadership duties by CSL the site is on a good path forward to being successful. Management is taking a Technical - Data driven approach to manufacturing and decision making as opposed to the top-heavy Quality organization that Novartis was. The people at Seqirus are hardworking, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. I don't think there is a better organization out there. Seqirus is an excellent place to work and will provide oppurtunity for constant growth within the company
